China
	Chew Boon Leong - Boon Leong has been an analyst with Riedel Research Group since October 2004 and is based in Singapore covering Singapore-listed China companies. Currently there are over 180 China companies listed on the Singapore Exchange. Although he covers many sectors in the China market, his focus is on consumer, food, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining RRG, he worked for over 20 years in investment research with many top-ranking stockbroking companies, including S.G. Warburg, Hoare Govett and HSBC Securities. Boon Leong holds a Master of Real Estate degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in economics from the University of Singapore. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London, U.K.

Thailand
	Doug Fletcher - Doug has spent most of the past 8 years in Asia, 3 years with Salomon Smith Barney (Singapore) and the remainder in association with a private asset management firm. He has the following educational background -- BA (Econ) SFU, LL.B. Osgoode Hall, M.B.A. York U, LL.M. (Tax) NYU. He has a background in corporate law and investment banking, with a bias towards natural resources, industrials, basic materials and energy sectors. Doug is currently based in Bangkok but spends considerable time in China and Hong Kong.

China
	Ming Lu - Ming Lu joined Riedel Research Group in 2006, covering Chinese companies in Internet, media, and telecom sectors. Prior to joining Riedel Research Group, he worked as a senior research analyst for President Securities, where he covered Chinese companies in many sectors – TMT, transportation, electrical power, etc. Ming Lu has a Masters Degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham, UK and a Bachelor Degree in International Finance from Fudan University, China. He also holds a Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
