	David Riedel - DAVID RIEDEL is founder and President of Riedel Research Group, which provides independent equity research focusing on emerging markets Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Prior to founding this firm, Riedel worked as an analyst at Salomon Smith Barney in New York and Bangkok. While overseas, supervised a twelve-person research team covering telecommunications companies and other industries in Southeast Asia. While in New York, he covered business services stocks, including staffing and outsourcing, as well as small-cap growth companies in the automobile and motorsports industries. Mr. Riedel is also the author of "Finding the Hot Spots: 10 Strategies for Global Investing" (Wiley, 2006).

Latin America
	Ignacio Goñi - Ignacio joined Riedel Research Group in 2005 as Head of Research for Latin America where he leads a team of senior equity analysts on the ground covering a wide breadth of industries and sectors. Prior to joining Riedel Research Group, he initiated his career at Bank Boston (currently Standard Bank), when he was involved in the portfolio management of Argentina’s largest family of investment funds. He then proceeded to join Royal Dutch Shell, where he held various management positions across Latin America that eventually led him to manage the Planning department for Shell’s Retail business in the region. Ignacio holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and Industrial Engineering degree from Buenos Aires Institute of Technology.
